Vice City

Vice City is the centrepiece of the state and the reason most people are here. Rockstar has rebuilt it as a modern Miami rather than the 1980s pastiche of the 2002 game: glass towers, a working port, luxury blocks a few streets from neighbourhoods that never see any of it.

What the trailers show is a city of contrasts held very close together — beachfront, nightlife strips, canals, and the low-rise sprawl behind them. The skyline reads as considerably denser than anything in Los Santos.

Vice City is also where both protagonists start. Expect the majority of early missions here.
